			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CRC is proud to announce that during the 2010 NYSCA DEC funding cycle it awarded $91,000 to local art and cultural organizations in Onondaga, Cortland and Oswego Counties.</p>
<p>&#8220;The purpose of Decentralization (DEC) is to foster the continuing development of local cultural resources responsive to community needs. These needs are articulated by the DEC site in a community cultural plan. <p>We are pleased to announce that Tammy Jones, currently working towasrd her BFA degree at Sage College in Albany, will be offering design and technical assistance in the mini-cluster Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 1:30 p.m. &amp; 5:30 p.m.</p>
